Order of Obiss metal garden benches

To purchase an Obiss wrought iron garden bench or outdoor park bench, please follow five simple steps or go immediately to the order form:

1. Select a model and garden bench design you like in the bench catalogue and write down its name.
2. Select a painted garden bench colour. Please note that all bench models have a basic colour and some of them also one or two complementary colours.
3. In the order page you can review the optional garden bench cushion. If you choose one, do not forget to write down its product code.
4. Write down the selected garden bench seat in the order form along with the basic and complementary colour numbers. You can order the garden bench cushion by means of the same form as well.
5. We will confirm your order via email within two days. In case if you would like to cancel or change your order during that period, please contact us.
6. Likewise you can send us the order by fax or post, print the order form here: form (PDF file - 19kB)
7. We offer you a small garden ceramic bonus for every Obiss metal garden bench ordered.

Payment

Payment possibilities are:

1. Payment in advance - via bank transfer (bank wire payment). You will pay 14 days before the date of delivery, when you get the preliminary invoice with our bank details.
2. A deposit of 25 % is required to secure the order.We can then give you a date for manufacture. The balance is payable a weak prior to final date of delivery. We can email you a  digital photo of your garden bench, so that you can check the accuracy prior to the final payment.

Packing and Transport

The iron garden bench will be packed in a carton by the manufacturer. The bench sides are assembled, the lamellas, crossbars and connecting material are enclosed separately. The final assembly could be done easily by the customer according to the enclosed instructions.

Transport in free on the territory of the Czech Republic. We charge 50 EUR for transport to EU countries. The price for the transport to countries outside the European Union will be specified after receiving the order.

Delivery date

The metal benches will be delivered within 5 to 6 weeks from the order confirmation, depending on the surface treatment. Delivery time for the Harlequin model is 8 weeks.

Guarantee

We provide a 2-year guarantee for material faults and workshop processing. The guarantee starts on the day of delivery to the customer, or on the 10 th day after date of dispatch. The guarantee does not apply to the usual wear and tear, to the imperfections which may arise from non-observance of the enclosed assembly instructions (in Czech, English and German) and to the imperfections caused by excesive force and rough handling.

In case the goods you have bought do not suit your needs, you can return them within 14 days from the delivery date and we will refund you fully. The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
